These terms apply to your use of wanta.io, its subdomains such as do.wanta.io, and the tools we provide there (together, the "Services"), run by Wanta ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Using the Services
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the Services, or use them to harm anyone.
- Only connect accounts and share information you have the right to share.
Private links
Some parts of the Services are opened with a private link instead of a password. Anyone who has the link can open that page, so keep it private. Tell us at support@wanta.io if a link needs replacing.
Your content
You own what you submit to the Services. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it, including with automated and AI tools, to provide and improve the Services. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Our Services
We own the Services and everything we build for them. The Services are early and change often. We may add, change or stop any feature at any time, and we do not promise any particular availability. Any fees are agreed with you separately.
No guarantees
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Suggestions, tasks, reports and other output, including output made by automated or AI tools, may be incomplete or wrong. You decide what to act on, and we do not guarantee any business result.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wanta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms.
Ending use
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
